For Theatres: Juno Award-winning Namibian-Canadian children's entertainer Garth Prince is a gifted vocalist, drummer, educator and recording artist who delivers exciting and engaging concerts and workshops that treat audiences to a taste of his native homeland in southern-Africa.
For Schools: Garth Prince is an award-winning vocal performer with years of experience in community building through song, dance, and instruments. He performs interactive music workshops in schools across Canada and encourages cultural diversity in an environment of work and play that appeals to students of all ages and abilities. His latest children’s album with picture book garnered him nominations for Children’s Artist of the Year in the Canadian Folk Music Awards, and a Juno win in 2022. He continues to produce music that preserves the cultural heritage of Africa for future generations and helps non-Africans to discover languages, cultural insight, and stories from the Motherland.
